He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vincent Imparato and Helene Imparato (Vispetto); his wife Anna (Bonavita); his children, Robert Jr. (Deborah), Richard (Debra), Deborah Genovese (Gaetano) and Gina Runfola (Richard); and his grandchildren, Robert, Gabrielle, Joseph, Lauren, Michael, Matthew, Alexandra, Gianna, Richard and Nicholas. He was also cherished by many many cousins, nieces and nephews.
