He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Boe; his wife Irene Boe; his children, Susan Ramos of Port Jervis, NY and Bill Colley (Sharon) of Cuddebackville, NY; his brothers, Donald Boe of New Jersey and David Boe (Jane) of Texas; his grandchildren, Kailyn Tibby of Scranton, PA, Kenneth Jones of Port Jervis, NY, William Colley of Westtown, NY and Sean Colley of Dingman's Ferry, PA; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob and Gianna.
