He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Donald Romer. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Baisley and Laura Baisley; his daughters, Megan and Rachelle Baisley; his fiancée Josephine Miller; his sisters, Bettie Fountain (Paul), Laurie Romer and Sarah Baisley; and his grandchildren, Adriana, Gabriella Bruyn, Isabella and David Iversen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
