She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Kohm, Sr.; and her son Charles W. Kohm, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Kohm (Linda), Brian Hubbard, John Kohm (Lisa), Otto Montalvo (Tina), Joseph Kohm (Roseann) and Peter Kohm (Rea). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
