She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Dembosky and Mary Dembosky (Broast); her husband William; her daughter Janet Decker Christina; and her siblings, Robert Dembosky, Marie Gruntler, Irene DeWitt, Bernadette Fitzpatrick, Rita Poucher, Anne Neese and George Dembosky.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail Decker of Germantown, NY; and her sister Frances Lasher of Germantown, NY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
