She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Luca Antonio Merante; and her daughter Donna Merante (Scalera). She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Scalera; her daughters, Theresa Eckel (Mark) and Karen Warchol (Tim); and her grandsons, Nicholas Warchol (Kelsea), T. J. Merante (Meghan Parmentier), Jonathan Merante (Lauren) and Christopher Merante.
