He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Deusen and Jennie Van Deusen (Bialoskurski); his son David; and his sister Mary Szlachetka. He is survived by: his children, Richard, Jeffrey Van Deusen and Gina Kubow (Christopher); his siblings, Walter Van Deusen and Linda Van Deusen; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Waterhouse Jr. (Gabrielle), Chelsea Van Deusen, Christopher T. Kubow, Justin Kubow and Darin Van Deusen; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Aerabella and Seth.
