With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norbert Maahs in Hudson, New York, who passed away on March 7, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Norbert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Maahs and Ora Maahs (Fackler). He is survived by: his son Erik; his siblings, Maureen and Charles; his niece Linda; and his nephews, Bob and David.
