He is survived by: his children, Erin Flannery (Mark Gregorek) of Stillwater, Kelly Bink (David Phillips) of Albany and Nicholas Flannery III (Tu) of Saratoga; his grandchildren, Heidi Hubbard (Michael Jeske) of Melrose, Nicole Sparks (Matthew) of Stillwater, Matthew Brady and Nicholas Flannery IV; his great grandchildren, Kaycee, Ryland, Aubrey, Kyle and Jordan; and his siblings, Thomas Flannery (Doreen) of Watervliet and Rosemary Smyers (Carl) of Troy.
