She was predeceased by: her parents, John Macfarlane and Theresa Macfarlane (Grant); and her sister JoAnn Klugo. She is survived by: her children, James Prazma, Randy Prazma Jr. and Brooke Brookman (Nathaniel); her grandchildren, Anna Prazma, Hannah Howes, Xander Howes and Linkin Brookman; her siblings, Bob Macfarlane (Janet), Jimmy Macfarlane (Joan), Richard Macfarlane and Anne Macfarlane (Lucy); and her close friends, Lisa, John Wolfersteig, Tony Caggianelli, Ken Korzeniewski and Fred Hickman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to The American Cancer Society or the Philmont-Mellenville Food Pantry.
