She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Rockwell and Walter James Spaniol; her husband Thomas Martin Kubisek Sr.; her siblings, James, Margaret and Robert; her son-in-law William Beaulieu; and her brother David Spaniol (Jackie).
She is survived by: her close friend William "Bill" Kuzmiak; her children, Barbara Kubisek, Thomas Kubisek Jr. (Kim) and Jamie Kubisek; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Lori), Alex of Ryan, TJ and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Jeffrey Jr., Nicole, Dominick and Bella.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Gifford, Preiter & Blasl Funeral Home (25 Railroad Ave, Chatham, NY 12037). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Ghent Union Cemetery (67 Cemetery Rd, Ghent, NY 12075). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sandy's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital through French, Gifford, Preiter, and Blasl Funeral Home.
