She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Rockwell and Walter James Spaniol; her husband Thomas Martin Kubisek Sr.; her siblings, James, Margaret and Robert; her son-in-law William Beaulieu; and her brother David Spaniol (Jackie).
She is survived by: her close friend William "Bill" Kuzmiak; her children, Barbara Kubisek, Thomas Kubisek Jr. (Kim) and Jamie Kubisek; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Lori), Alex of Ryan, TJ and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Jeffrey Jr., Nicole, Dominick and Bella.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sandy's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital through French, Gifford, Preiter, and Blasl Funeral Home.
