He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Slavik and Violet Slavik; his wife Virginia Slavik; his siblings, William Slavik, Mary Slavik of Hawthorne, N. Y., Ann Sementa (Patrick) of Hawthorne, N. Y. and Karen Quinlan of Hawthorne, N. Y.; and his sister-in-law Margaret Slavik of Brooklyn, N. Y.. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations to either, American Heart Association or St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN, would be appreciated.
