Grassi of Hudson, New York, born in Flushing, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Grassi and Theresa Grassi (Gallagher). He is survived by: his wife Cindy J. Grassi (Bishop) of Hudson; and his siblings, Theresa George and Michael. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
