He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rapp and Vivian Rapp; and his siblings, William C and Trudy J Colburn. He is survived by: his sisters, Vivian L Vogel (Al Vogel) and Dr. Linda Rapp-Bennett (Jesse Bennett). He is also survived by three nephews, one niece and several great nieces and nephews.
