He is survived by: his wife Lisa G. Noonan (Rubin); his daughter Heather J. Noonan; his parents, Robert Noonan and Barbara Noonan; and his brothers, Robert Noonan Joseph Noonan (Jamie) and William Noonan (Mari). He is also survived by his nieces & nephews.
