She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Folmsbee and Otilia Folmsbee (Hanyen); and her sister Barbara Simmons. She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Moore, Fred Folmsbee Jr., Linette Profera and Melissa Skoda. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
