He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Bernstein and Jack Lewis; and his sister Denise Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Adrianne Lewis; his son Samuel Lewis (Abby); his siblings, Barbara Sheiken (Burt) and Paul Bernstein (Jane); his nieces, Mardie Sheiken, Dannie Sheiken and Elise Wisman (Foster); his nephew Jordan Bernstein (Chelsea); and his great-nieces, Emma, Leah and Sophie. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
