He was predeceased by: his parents, John Havlik and Eva Havlik (Zemcik); and his siblings, Eva Drahushuk (Peter), John Havlik (Ann), Martin Havlik (Marie), Frank Havlik (Betty), Joseph Havlik (Clara) and Cyril Havlik.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Havlik (Keil); his daughters, Dawn McDonald (Wayne Shutts) and Diane Konderwich (Jack); and his granddaughters, Courtney McDonald (Mark Van Deusen), Lindsey Konderwich, Laura Konderwich (Noah Evers) and Caitlin McDonald (Christian Martin).
