He was predeceased by: his parents, George Alvin and Lily Ann Regan Barot; his wife Janice Cartier Barot; his son Brian Barot; his sister Mary-Kate Reed (Floyd); and his brothers-in-law, Albert Brownell and Chuck Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Zeno (Jeff), Vanessa Barot Ross, George Barot (Sue) and Edward Barot (Lori); his grandchildren, Jason Zeno (Kate), Jeffrey Zeno (Anna), Jamie Zeno-Derway (Joe), Brieanna Thompson (Dan), George Barot, III (Ladyne), Christy Coulson (Aaron) and Jason Cross (Jennifer); and his sister Mary Fuller. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and siblings-in-law.
