She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Silcock and Ruby Silcock; her husband Frank Havlik; and her siblings, Joseph Silcock, John Silcock, Lorraine Card (Silcock) and Shirley Houghtaling (Silcock).
She is survived by: her children, John M. Havlik (Suzanne), Eva O'Leary, Betty Scott (Carlo), Ruby Stafkey (Bruce) and Bonnie Colwell (Tim). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
