He is survived by: his wife Ruth Risch (Smalley); his children, Earl Jr. (Diane Hargrave) of Delmar, NY, Laurie Joseph of Falls Church, VA, Valerie Ozga (Walt) of East Nassau, NY and Stephen Risch (Maureen) of Olney, MD; and his grandchildren, Kevin Risch, Emily Risch, Aidan Joseph, Cody Ozga, Allison Risch and Brendan Risch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
