He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rowen and Freida Rowen (Jostlen); his son Joseph; and his brothers, Roger and Frederick.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Rowen; his daughter Kathleen; his son-in-law Brian Laurange; his son Earl Rowen; his grandchildren, Michael, Krystal and Brian Laurange (Michelle); his great grandchildren, James Coleman, Raylyn Madison, Zaxton, Brendan and Austin Laurange; his brother Harold Rowen; and his pet Sophia.
