He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore and Anne; his son Nicholas Salvatore Collica; and his sister Christine Diaz-Wright. He is survived by: his wife Christine Collica of Cornwall, NY; his daughter Donna Collica of Omaha, NE.; and his friends, John "Jake" Kearney and David Garland.
