He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene Blanchard (Doty). He is survived by: his children, Donald Jr. (Sunshine Blanchard), John Blanchard (Maria Hase) and Dyan Blanchard (John Servider Sr.); his stepdaughter Tabatha Barbarisi (David Barbarisi); his grandchildren, Colin Blanchard, Allyson Servider, John Servider Jr., David Barbarisi Jr., Micheal Barbarisi and Reagan Doty; and his great grandchild Gabriella Servider.
