He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Young and Rosa Bell Young; and his siblings, Richard, Solomon Jr., Robert (Billy), Benjamin, Frederick and Lillian.
He is survived by: his brother Billy (Robert); his children, Jermaine, Christina, Deslyn and Tamara; his sisters, Shirley, Roxanne, Charlotte, Linda and Carol; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Jermaine Jr., Jamal, Jasmine, Jerrelle, Monay, Hallie, Justin, Jordan, Avery, Jahmeek and Jermir. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and neighborhood friends.
