It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jansen of Hudson, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on March 22, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Irene Porcaro (Michael Meyers) and Steven Porcaro (Michele Depew); her grandchildren, Matthew Sigler (Tamra), Rowan Meyers, Bella Lugo, Elizabeth Porcaro and Maggie Porcaro; her sister Joan Versaci; and her extended family Deride O'Flynn.
Her wish was to have a drink, tell a story, help a stranger in need, and give time to a local charity.
