He is survived by: his children, Donna Hoffman (Jake), Antonio Merante Jr. (Louise), Thomas Merante Sr., Michael Merante (Paula), Dominic Merante (Diane Guarino), Laurie Ranita (Gerald, Jr.) and Rocco Merante (Deidre); and his grandchildren, Marlena Peduzzi (Tom), Karrie Cox (Ross), Jacob Hoffman, Nicholas, Timothy Merante (Delsia Hilton), Thomas Jr. (Megan Parmentier), Christopher, Tyler, Jonathan Merante (Lauren), Matthew, Andrew Merante, Jenna Merante and Mollie Merante. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and his sister.
