He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Nero and Mary Nero (Tamburro); and his brothers, Charles, Frank, Joseph, Carmen, Peter and John.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Jr., Michael, James, Thomas and Nancy Nero; his grandchildren, Nicole, Jason, Sarah and Kimberly; his great grandchildren, Emma and Jack; and his sister-in-law Lucy Nero.
