He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cook and Ella Cook (Warner); his wife Joan Cook (Lawton); and his sisters, Minnie Milligan, Gloria Cook and Lillian Gardiner.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Cook, Albert Cook Jr., David Cook (Susan) and Catherine McGlauflin (Tim); and his sister Barbara Metz of Hudson.
