He was predeceased by: his grandfather Nelson Weller Sr.; his uncle Audie Diffee Jr.; and his great-uncle Harold Weller (Elias LaRock). He is survived by: his parents, Amy Weller, Jr. (Diffee) of Hudson Falls and Nelson "Woody" Weller,; his siblings, Nelson Weller III (DeAnna) of Hudson Falls and Katelynn Weller (Anthony Ure) of Glens Falls; his nephews, Colton Weller, Brayden Agard and Ashton Ure; his grandparents, Audie, Patricia Diffee of Hudson Falls and Carolyn Weller; his aunts and uncles, Kimberly Jerome (Diffee), Gabrielle Diffee, Jinger Weller, Danyel Prouty (Dan), Aaron Diffee (Jacklyn), George Bougor, Edrass Jerome, Timothy Weller (Jamie) and Tim Rich (Cassandra); and his cousins, Giavonna, Jahdaya, Colin, Chase, Cason, Audrie, Clifford, Branden, Kassandra and Patrick.
