He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Blackmer; and his mother-in-law Lorraine Hammond. He is survived by: his parent June Blackmer (Hoag); his niece Jasmine; his wife Heidi Blackmer; his children, Timothy Blackmer Jr. and Bruce Blackmer; his stepdaughter Amber Moore (Matthew); his granddaughter Mya Moore; and his father-in-law Edward Hammond.
