He was predeceased by: his parents, James Baldwin and Marjorie Baldwin (Crouch); and his brother James Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Baldwin (Bain); and his sons, Scott (Stephanie Schulze) and Stephen (Laurie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
