It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rowena Robbins of Hudson Falls, New York, who passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Rich and Wilma Rich (Decker); her husband Ernest Robbins Jr.; and her siblings, Doris Faith Rich and Ronald Rich.
She is survived by: her daughters, N. Jean Blackmer (Buddy) of Hudson Falls, Wendy Fuller (Wayne Hurd) of Queensbury and Jessica Clark (Francis Hamblin) of Queensbury; her grandchildren, Erica Perry (Kimar) of Fort Edward, Chris Blackmer of Fort Ann, Kayla Smith of Elizabethtown, K. Y., Dan Blackmer of Poultney, V. T., Jacey Blackmer of Fort Ann, Tristan Hurd of Queensbury, Ayden Clark of Queensbury and Ryann Clark of Queensbury; her siblings, Merwyn Rich (Maryann) and Naomi Belrose of Queensbury; her mother-in-law Rena Robbins of Hudson Falls; and her siblings-in-law, Sharlene Rich of Ft. Edward and Edwin Robbins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family takes comfort in knowing that after so many years apart from Ernie, Rowena has finally been reunited with the love of her life. The family would like to thank the visiting nurses from Fort Hudson for taking such good care of her. Due to COVID-19 there will be no viewing hours.
