He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neal Foster and Mary Patricia Foster (Bartlett); his brother Daniel Foster; his nephew Andrew; his niece Lindsey; his children, Christopher Foster, Kelly Foster (Jona Goddard), Brian Foster, Nicholas Foster and Rickelle Mendez (Richard); and his siblings, John Foster (Katie), David Foster (Melissa), Clayton Foster (Theresa), Mary Connie Bishop (Keith), Ellen Ball (Richard), Margaret VanScoy (David), Lorinda Wrye (Dan), Josie Putney (Marvin), Rosemary Knight (Dan), Lona Bleyl (Tim) and Farra Pinto (Matthew). He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
