He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland J. Lackey and Joyce A. Warner; and his brother Clinton Lackey. He is survived by: his daughters, Mallory Towne of Pittsfield, NH and Christie Lackey of Hudson Falls; his grandson Deacon Washburn; his stepfather Keith Warner; and his brother Philip Lackey of Vermont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
