He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Palmer, Sr. and Mary Lyman (Niles); and his sister Patricia Beckwith. He is survived by: his wife Connie Palmer of Fort Edward; his daughter Amanda Bordon of Benson, Vermont; and his siblings, Paula LaRue (George), Stanley Palmer (Ruth), Maryann Fuller and Irene Hamilton (Perry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
