He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Purner and Genevieve Purner (Hart); and his siblings, Walter, Richard, Thomas, William and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Purner; his sons, Michael Purner (Brenda Nutting) and Peter Purner; his grandchildren, Amanda Traylor (Scott), Joseph, William and Nikita Purner; his great grandchildren, Zachary and Nyla Traylor; and his siblings, Robert Purner, Raymond Purner (Priscilla), Frank Purner (Anne), Betty Pagano and Patricia Purner. He is also survived by several in laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
