Margaret J. Story Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2024, at the age of 83, Margaret J. Story (Hudson Falls, New York) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret J. Story to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick H. Story and I. Eilleen Story (McDougall); and her brother Thomas Story. She is survived by: her sisters, Joyce LaPoint (David) and Gayle Smith (Robert); her sister-in-law Deborah; her stepsiblings, Gary Wilson (Emmy) and Linda Bergman (Robert); her nieces and nephews, Kari, Jeffrey, Kimberly, Scott, Elizabeth, Adam and Todd; and her aunt Barbara Newton. She is also survived by many cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. (68 Main St, Hudson Falls, NY 12839). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Friends and family who wish to do so are encouraged to honor Margaret's memory with a memorial donation to the Rensselaer County Historical Society, 57 Second St., Troy, NY, 12180 or a charity of their own choosing.
