He was predeceased by: his parents, Marc A. Francato and Estelle Francato (Zolnowski); his wife Donna Lee Francato; his daughter Marcia Perrin; and his cousin Rodney Bobbins.
He is survived by: his son Anthony "Tony" Francato (Sheri); his grandchildren, James Perrin, III, Laurel Perrin, Jacob Francato and Sophia Francato; his sister Ann Marie Francato; his son-in-law Jay Perrin (Charmaine); his cousins, Rob Doty (Joyce) and Adam Doty (Liz); and his close friend Bobby Hilton.
Memorial donations may be sent in memory of his daughter, Marcia, to the Outer Banks Cancer Support Group, 245 Woodland Drive, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949.
