She was predeceased by: her son Vincent 'Vinny Record; her parents, Elaine Nolin and John Prevost; and her siblings-in-law, Pam Record and Thomas Record.

She is survived by: her close friend Katie VanTassell; her husband Matthew 'Rocco Record; her children, Matthew Record II (Ginger) and Melony Nicholson; her grandson Braylyn Record; her stepgrandson CJ VanGuilder; her grandchildren, Kevin and Kamryn Nicholson; her stepfather Gary Nolin; her siblings, Stephanie Prevost, Denise Baldock (Dan), Donald Prevost, Corina Strassburg (Fred) and Ron Nolin; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Record and Debbie Gitto.

In lieu of flowers, Lisa's family suggests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or at https://www.stjude.org, St .Jude's held a special place in Lisa heart due to her son's own battle with a childhood cancer.
