He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Weller and Lena Weller (Harris); his wife Roxanne Ruddy; his son Darwin Weller; and his sister Flo Belden.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Weller (Valerie) of Gansevoort, Howard Weller (Lisa) and Shawn Weller (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Lester Weller (Logan Coltey), Shawn Weller, Kayt McCormick, Ashley Weller, Hannah Weller, Cameron Weller (Devin Weller), Carly Weller, Darwin Weller, Dillon Weller, Rowan, Anderson, Gemma and Leighton; his sisters, Fay Vaughn (Frank) of Texas and Judy McWhorter (Don) of Argyle; his pets, DeeDee and Referee; his niece Lee Ann Vitas; and his nephew Joe Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
