Leon M. Layden Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon M. Layden of Hudson Falls, New York, born in Whitehall, New York, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon M. Layden and Helene Layden (Morgan); his wife Marjorie Ann Behan; and his siblings, Mary Winn, Edward Layden and Jack Layden.
He is survived by: his sons, David Layden (Joy) of Sterling, MA, Dr. Michael Layden (Marjorie) of Glens Falls, Stephen Layden of Hudson Falls, Mark Layden of Hudson Falls and Matthew Layden (Rosina Brooks) of Saratoga Springs; and his grandchildren, Bridgette, Rachael, Brock, Margie, Jacqueline, Sean, Burke, Levi and Brooks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
At the burial all Covid-19 and social distancing restrictions are in effect. After Covid -19 restrictions are eased, a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's/St.
