He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton H. Bartlett and Margaret Bartlett (Penders); his siblings, Mary Patricia Foster (Neal), Margaret Prevost (Don), Lois Kelley (Clarence "Tink"), Lona Jennings (Larry), John Bartlett, Gillette Bartlett (Patricia), Richard Bartlett (Anne) and Dennis Bartlett (Barbara); his siblings-in-law, Linda Bartlett, Henry Kelley and Joe Hutchins; and his aunt Lona.
He is survived by: his siblings, Anne Hutchins, Marilla Washburn (Gerald), Cindy Porter (Leonard), Michelle Kelley, David Bartlett (Virginia), Leigh Bartlett and Clayton Bartlett; his nephews, David Foster, Lawrence Foster (Nikia) and Steven Charlton (Kara); his pets, Blackie and Ginger; his nephew John Foster (Katie); and his nieces, Kelly Jennings and Tammy Washburn. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, numerous friends.
