He is survived by: his wife Ilene Hamel; his uncle John Catalfamo; his cousin Angelo Catalfamo (Chuck); his aunts and uncles, Carl Catalfamo, Tony Catalfamo, Louis Catalfamo, Mary Schenk and Frances Bonnoyer; his daughters, Stephanie Ball (William) and Jennifer French (Matthew); his grandchildren, Christopher Moak, Kara Moak, Erica Jensen (Trevor), Dylan Ball and Nathan French; and his great grandchild Alyssa Collins.
