She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wemmitt and Ruth Wemmitt (Prosser); her husband Edgar Tougas; and her siblings, Evelyn Holcomb (George), Lillian Noonan (William), Harriet Mansfield (Robert), Blanche Clarke (John) and Frank Wemmitt, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Richard Tougas (Ann), Patricia Shampo (Victor), Nancy Gauthier (Serge) and John Tougas (Sherry). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
