He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cook and Doris Cook (Lieber); his wife Marnalee Sitterly; and his brothers, Russell Cook and Alan Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Gordy Cook (Meredith) of Hudson Falls, Steven Cook (Katie) of Fort Edward, Craig Cook (Kaitlyn LaMay) of Moreau and Andy Kubricky (Allyson Froeschl); his grandchildren, Eli Maille-Cook, Olivia Cook, Nathan Cook, Jhetta Lyn Mellon, Cody Dunlavey, Mariya Robbins, Jaden Kubricky and Fisher Switser; and his sister Patricia Laroche (Pat). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
