He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Bishop and George H. Elliott; his siblings, Lee and Evelyn; and his son George.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his sisters, Agnes Wakeman, Marilyn Fraiser (James) and Anne McCarthy (Gerald); his children, William (Heather) and Janice Milligan (Ralph); his daughter-in-law Tammy; and his children, Mary Morgan (Len) and David (Andrea). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
