She was predeceased by: her father Thomas P. Casey. She is survived by: her children, James Spear of Adamsville, Marissa Ruddy of Averill Park, Molly Spear of Hudson Falls and Aaron Riley; her mother Julia Casey of Hudson Falls; her sister Maureen Casey; her brother-in-law Andrew Mahoney of Buffalo; her brother Dennis Casey; her sister-in-law Margaret Casey (Champaigne) of Kingsbury; her nieces and nephews, Jillian Casey of Kingsbury, Sara Casey of Kingsbury, George Lehoisky of Fort Ann, Sean Casey and Regina Rosati; her uncle Patrick "Bubby" Casey of Adamsville; and her aunt Monica Eastman (Casey) of Fort Edward. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations be made to the C.R. Wood Cancer Center, in honor of Kathy's extraordinary life.
