He is survived by: his mother Ruth Prosser of Hagerstown, MD; his wife Tammy Prosser of Lake George; his daughter Addison Prosser of Hagerstown, MD; his stepson Devon Ford; his siblings, Judy Prosser of Hagerstown, MD and Tony Cannon of Tennessee; his mother-in-law Shirley Rogers of Smithburg, MD; and his adoptive son Jackson Metz of Albany, NY.
