He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Wemmitt and Alice Wemmitt; and his siblings, Gordy, Bob Wemmitt and Kay Garwood.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wemmitt of Hudson Falls; his children, Jeff Wemmitt, Michele Kowalewski (Joe) of Gansevoort and Ron Wemmitt (Sabrina) of Hudson Falls; his grandchildren, Cory Tyler (Mikayla) and Shelby Mickel (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Braxton, Lincoln and Bentley; his sister Judy Wemmittt; and his cousin Per. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Memorial donations in memory of Jack may be made to a charity of one's choice.
